Todd is the president of 10,000 Foot View and works with business owners that want to create more predictable and effective growth systems.

He is a veteran sales professional with over 20 years experience developing relationships with business managers and owners in a variety of industries. In addition to selling responsibilities, Todd was the General Manager and Controller of ST Cyclewear in San Diego, CA. Todd founded and operated deLANNO Sportswear and sold the company 11 years later.

Todd is formerly CEO of Bike Friday in Eugene, Oregon where he had P&L Responsibility and aligned the marketing efforts with the sales efforts which increased sales by 26% in seven months.

Todd has a B.A. in Mathematics from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.

Rick has more than 30 years experience in operations management positions. He has managed in a wide variety production environments including high volume assembly, job shops and process operations. He has extensive experience in numerous industries including professional engineering, food, defense electronics, plastic injection molding, carbon composite materials, metal fabrication, and machining.

Rick is certified by the Association for Resource Management (APICS) at a fellow level (CFPIM) as well as Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) by the Institute of Supply Management (ISM). He has completed Jonah training at the Avraham Y. Goldratt Institute (TOCICO).

Rick was involved in education and teaching APICS certification courses at both the North Texas and Twin City chapters. He is currently teaching both undergraduate and graduate level courses in operations management at Metropolitan State and St. Cloud State Universities.

Rick has a B.A. Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
